The five-day-four-night Amway Leadership Seminar is an annual occasion for outstanding Amway Distributors. To reward Distributor leaders for their conscientious effort in developing the Amway business, Amway will invite qualified Direct Distributors to attend the Leadership Seminar. Distributors will have the opportunity to share their experience, review the past and prepare for the future.

Distributors have to fulfill the following qualifications to be invited to the Leadership Seminar:

  • Attain Direct Distributor qualification
  • Attain the required travel points
  • Comply with Amway Code of Ethics
  • Hold valid travel documents

Calculation Method of Travel Points

Travel points for Amway Leadership Seminar are calculated in a fiscal year basis, i.e. from September 1 to August 31 the following year. If you are a new Direct Distributor, your travel points will be calculated from September of the qualifying fiscal year regardless of the actual month you are qualified or whether you have attained the 21% Monthly Performance Bonus Level in the months before you qualify.
